The quality of the clothing was good but the customer service was awful. I took advantage of the try on feature offered on their website and ordered several shirts and bomber jackets in a couple of sizes. They charged my credit card for the the total amount of the entire order up front. After trying on items and selecting which i wanted to return, I was unable to print a return label for days. I contacted them several times and was ghosted. After days of emails to them I finally got a response with a return label. This was a full week after the original request was sent. I sent back the items and its been over 2 weeks and there is no credit pending to my credit card and several more emails to them have gone unanswered. I also noticed online that I am not getting full credit back for the items, but a partial credit for each of the items returned, which is unacceptable. This is a terrible company to deal with.

They selectively screen their online reviews. Their updated version of the leather jackets are absolutely terrible. Quality has greatly declined and you can tell they are cutting corners. The original i got was perfect no clue why they changed the make of it. I left a review 2x and they refuse to put it up on tje website. Wondering how many others are screened out. Follow up: they refuse to put the review up stating it's false or misleading, it's not it is literally my review of the jacket. So they just ensure bad reviews are Left out to entice people to buy. Low low integrity company

Rude incompetent customer service. I did NOT receive my item. Customer service is a nightmare keeps ignoring my messages and lost my parcel. I finally received my refund, which took a long time, however this behaviour is NOT acceptable, Peter Manning NYC does NOT care. After I received my refund that specific last item I selected came back online's listings.
