Great product and easy to install
After extensive research to find the perfect doggie door that met both my needs and my dog's, I finally found the ideal solution! I didn’t want to cut a hole in my wall, and those sliding door inserts take up too much space, making it difficult to pass through while also compromising insulation. This glass replacement with a built-in doggie door was the ultimate answer! The website provided clear, detailed instructions for taking precise measurements, and they even included a 25-minute step-by-step tutorial on how to replace the glass panel. If you have any additional questions, their live chat support is incredibly responsive and helpful. On top of that, my order arrived in half the expected time—talk about amazing customer service! Thanks to the instructional video, installation was a breeze, and the new panel fits even better than the original glass. I love it, my wife loves it, and most importantly, my dog absolutely loves the freedom to go in and out whenever he pleases. I’ve been recommending this glass replacement option to all my dog-loving coworkers, and I can’t say enough great things about this fantastic product from a top-notch U.S.-based company. Highly recommend!
