PHENOMENAL communication, compassionate urgency
I completely forgot to order rose petals for my wedding but this family owned company literally saved me and our big day. I placed an order late on a Sunday night for 50 cups of a peach/ivory mix, 6 days before my wedding. Their website was super easy and informative and were the only company out of 6 or 7 that I searched that could even come close to my deadline. I emailed the contact on SHOP next afternoon to desperately ask if the order could realistically be fulfilled in 6 days before my wedding. Tiffany responded not even 10 minutes later confirming my order and said she’s starting my order that day. She assured me she’d have it at my door by that weekend. Not even 2 business days after placing my order, the beautiful petals were safely at my door in perfect condition, packaged by Sydney, complete with instructions, an invoice copy, and info in case you have any issues or questions. I can’t express enough, how meaningful it was that the employees acted with compassionate urgency because they genuinely cared about my big day/experience, and despite the time challenge I gave them, they came through and reassured me every step of the way. Thank you a million times for your fantastic communication, dedication to your clearly valued customers, and refreshing compassionate service that I rarely experience these days. Also, some previous reviews focus on insignificant or uncontrollable factors, so just to be clear: 1. Flowers are flowers and the appearance can vary so please don’t have unrealistic expectations about perfect petal shades. The product is made from fresh flowers, not dyed fabrics with controlled pigmentation… 2. There is a quantity guide and order timing guide right next to the product description, so please do your due diligence when ordering, the company has provided that for a reason…
