I purchased two speciality baking pans. My first interaction after I paid the fees was you will receive your order in two weeks. It extended to a month. I requested a refund at the 2 month mark. 3 subsequent requests. Lovely letters telling me the refund was stuck in an accounting glitch. It is now 3 months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a dress that looked nothing like the photos (later found the photos were stolen from another brand, Aritzia) — quality was terrible. Asked for a refund; they offered 40% off to keep it instead. I insisted on returning it, but the return address and phone number they gave were fake/invalid, so the courier couldn’t deliver it and sent my package back to me. I emailed them about it and got no response. Now stuck with a bad product, no refund, and a company that deliberately blocked my return. Filing a chargeback with my credit card. Avoid PetalDolly

This is a SCAM site. Beware.

I ordered a dress for homecoming and they sent a dress that was not at all what I ordered. I emailed them immediately and they replied, offering me to keep it and providing a 20% refund. I replied, telling them I wanted the dress I ordered and my daughter didn't even like the one they sent. The next reply was for me to return it to China at ny expense or accept a 50% refund. They keep dinking me around. I plan to report them as a scam to my credit card company.

I am still hoping for a fair outcome but it is not looking good right now. My purchase was delayed and when finally delivered with FedEx a delivery confirmation picture was showing package at wrong address. I contacted customer service and Fed Ex showing proof that my correct address was on the purchase order. FedEx states it is Petaldolly’s responsibility and Petaldolly states it is FedEx’s responsibility to locate or refund my purchase. Meanwhile I paid for and did not receive my purchase order.
