They sent a different product and refused to make it right.
The listing showed the product I wanted with a clear description and buy now button under it. I put the product in my cart, which listed the same clear product description. My email receipt had the same description of the product I wanted. They shipped an entirely different product. They were hostile throughout the entire customer service process. There was some fine print way down below the buy button that said they may ship a substitute. I did not see that. What I did see was several confirmations of the exact product I thought I was buying. I expected them to send me a return label and refund my money. They expected me to pay for shipping, which isn't reasonable when they describe one item and send something else. I recommend avoiding this company as they are very customer hostile and employ shady business practices. I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card company.
