Great company! Service was awesome and our condo was perfect!

In 2020, my family had to cancel our vacation to St. Martin because of covid. Robert Cracknell of Personal Villas worked with us to reschedule our trip to 2022. He responded to all our emails and was so cooperative. The property we wanted to visit wound up in a long term rental and Robert kindly offered us a credit or a refund. We opted for the refund and the money was returned within 24 hours. We will definitely be using Personal Villas in the future. Outstanding customer service!

Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation at the High Trees Villa. It was the best vacation that my family and I ever had. I did that get a vacation last week because of the pandemic but was determined to have one this year. Everything was so perfect. 7 of us stayed from July 11 to 17. The cook and housekeeper were amazing. So attentive and caring. Meals cooked according to preference and place always clean. My mother in law is from Barbsdos and kept praising the Villa and staff. She was impressed with everything. We also appreciated the pre arrival tips and booking fast pass type service and covid test at Villa. Your staff made everything seamless. Mulling Beach was only a few houses away and was great. My 10 year old also swam in pool everyday. Thank you for a wonderful vacation Alecia
