I feel the quality of the chicken is not as good as it was 4 plus years ago.

Food was half deforsted when it arrived.

I have no complaints with their shipping, but their relentless marketing email spam had kept me from being more of a customer. It's always "One last chance for a big savings" until "big savings opportunity extended. " Seriously, I get these several times a day. Several times I have gotten ready to place an order, and when I look at the final total, I realize that even with "50% off" or order 28 days and get breakfasts free" it's still overpriced. And even when my order had just arrived I keep getting advertisements.

I like the convenience of the breakfasts. I have ordered multiple times. However, about 40% of them CONSISTENTLY arrive smashed. Thy have offered to refund a portion, but never have. I have not lost any weight, but the convenience is worth it.

Ordering was easy...shipping was quick! Food was still cold but not frozen.... I quickly loaded a grip of food choices into the freezer! The food tastes mediocre, and honestly the meats are super fatty! The butter sauce rocks! And the veggies are liscious... Headaches galore the first few days...BUT they are subsiding...cravings are occasional... As far as weightloss? It's Its still early...We shall see...

The customer service is 5 stars -- excellent. The reason I only give 3 stars, though, is that twice now when the delivery has arrived the dry ice has been gone and the food, while still "cold," not necessarily still thoroughly frozen.

I don't like being "locked in" to the subscription. Would like to be able to order specific foods at anytime. The past two orders have not arrived completely frozen, so I'm concerned. Also the price is very high. The food is good when you first start the program, but as with most diet programs, is gets stale and boring the longer you're on it.

My reason for giving PTF a 3 star is because yes, food taste great and the convenience is a huge plus for me. With that being said I have a few points I should make. I got my box delivered to me last Friday. I understand it's summer and extremely hot in Virginia right now, but the dry ice on my box was totally watered down and all my breakfasts and the vegetables were defrosted which really worried m because this food was on it's way for like 3 days. Also part of my entrees were defrosted as well. I didn't like that but everything was still cold so I kinda let it go. (Even though I dont agree) My second point. I am a really pick eater and I selected my meals accordingly to my taste. I'm not a huge fan of lots of stuff, so I'm not really sure why I got some of my stuff replaced with Beef and Lamb gyros when it was not even on my order. I understand sometimes you probably don't have some of the stuff I selected but why cant you replace with some of the stuff I have already ordered (if I ordered is because I like that). I think I have 5 or 6 of those on my freezer right now and I don't even like that. My attempt to PTF was for the convenience but I guess I'm not ordering it again.
