In the past I would have given PTF 4-5 stars. Unfortunately, I feel that their dedication to making and delivering a quality product to you has slipped. I receive my last shipment with out any ice and more that have my food completely defrosted. Even with immediately placing the food in the freezer there was no saving them for freezer burn. the vegetable are no longer edible and proteins I eat with caution. On top of that I keep finding small bone shards in my teriyaki chicken (dangerous).

So far in this order I've open 3 packages that had a long black hair in it!

The meat is very very salty especially the butter chicken. Only the chickens are actual meat.

Some of the food is not very good but I love how easy the diet is to follow and I have seen results. Good customer service.

Concept good, food usually tasty, customer service not so much. The most recent delivery did not arrive as scheduled on Saturday. By the time I received it Monday night everything was thawed, so I had to throw the chicken that I couldn't eat in the next few days out. Before I received my box, I called and emailed PTF immediately to notify them that I hadn't received my food and request a fresh delivery. They were closed on Sunday, I called first thing Monday morning. Their response: "It's only a couple of days late, you should be okay." I wonder if she eats chicken that has been cooked and left sitting for 72 hours. :(

Food quality used to be much better; but seems to have declined along with a healthy price increase. Many of the veggies are soggy and the meat is tough...I’ve already found chicken that has grizzle. This is an effective way to lose weight if you follow the program but overall the food quality/price is just not impressive.

I have used your food plan for many years and had great success. My reason for giving 2 stars is that I am now married and my wife is a great cook so I don't need the lunch/dinner but we still like using PTF for breakfast. I called into customer service a short while back to inquire if any of the discounts would ever apply to just breakfast and the customer service rep was extremely rude and seemed put off by my question. I politely explained that $150 is a lot for just breakfast when compared to your other plans and that you offered lunch & dinner plans on discount for $250 that came with a lot more food. She said "nope, not going to happen" and then got off the phone. I realize your plans have gone up in price and have noticed that the quality has improved since I started ordering back in 2015 but it would be nice to share the discounts/loyalty rewards across all your products as we all know Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Thanks for listening to my concern.

Food taste pretty good, but the chicken doesn't actually look like chicken. All the chicken products look like the foamy 1990s fast food chicken nuggets. Also, regardless of what item I've tried, there are regularly hard things I bite into that I have to spit out. They claim that what you are getting is real "whole" foods, but one look at the ingredients of any given product and you will see otherwise.
