DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The product does NOT work (I'll get to that in the product review), and when I complained and voiced my concern, the customer service agent just replied with a generic form response listing all of the program's do's and don'ts. I already stated in my email that I followed everything to the tee! And then they didn't even respond to my reply! TERRIBLE customer service!! Oh and the money back guarantee is only good within FIVE days of delivery!! How can you even tell if the program is working in FIVE days?! They even say in their pamphlet that you need to wait one week for the sugar withdrawal to get better. So how am I supposed to gauge in FIVE days if the program works?! I was so looking forward to the convenience of having all of my food already prepared for me. But the food SUCKS! It is unbelievably salty and tastes really bad for you...super fatty and unhealthy. I stuck with the program for about three weeks and that was three weeks too long. The eggs are really watery (the textures is makes it taste like tissue paper) and the sausage tastes like it is from McDonalds. Some entrées are tasty but taste like they have 1,000 grams of salt in them, and I don't trust the meat quality. They say the food is 100% good/natural, but I didn't see anything about their sourcing or quality. My salt levels went through the roof and I was retaining SO MUCH water. My family even commented that it looked like I was GAINING WEIGHT!! I followed their instructions by the book and didn't lose any weight, and they wouldn't give me a refund or even a partial refund. Don't waste your time or MONEY on this program, it is a scam!

My package was very sloppy and I hurt myself on the unwrapped dry ice sitting on top of the food. I reached out to customer service and never received a reply.

Not rude conduct...Tracy has been very nice and helpful. It is the online that is bad...horrible site... not user friendly...inconsistent with what they tell you...and they list an amount without being able to see the charges in detail. I was told they don’t have that option. The food is great, but I’m canceling just because of the experience online and being told one thing and then you get a different person with different answer.

This food work but my food delivered wrong items and they delivered again it was all broken pkg very bad pkg won't order again

Order arrived missing 2 meals. 3 packages were open. Food tastes awful. Very disappointed!

Meals were completely thawed when arrived at door. Emailed Personal Trainer Food asking if the product was safe to refreeze and eat? Received no answer. Threw the food away.

Food was not fresh, some bags were broke and the dry ice was everywhere. This was the last time order PTF.

Too many emails and text messages.
