The food quality is actually quite decent and I would like to continue on the plan but I can never reach customer service. I received food that was completed thawed out and not even chilled and tried on several different days to contact customer service and waited for more than 30 minutes on hold and never got anyone. Also tried contacting on social media to no response. For the price, I’m not comfortable for how impossible it is to get in touch with customer service. The website also does not even state the hours they are open to take calls. I would have continued if I could get assistance but cancelled because of this reason.

I purchased the most expensive plan and did not get one email or phone call from a trainer. Also I felt like I received way to many vegetables and not enough meat options. I wanted to purchase more meat entrees but I had to order more breakfast with it which I did not want since they were all eggs or omelets only

3 day shipping turned into 5 day shipping and almost all of my food was thawed on my first order. The meats are all highly processed and the veggies soggy. The breaded meats aren’t too bad but the meatballs and burgers have a “juice” in the package once you heat it up. I dumped it out in my sink thinking it was just moisture. In the morning I saw the “moisture” had hardened to the consistency of margarine...a waxy like substance I could scape off in a big “gloop” with my finger. THIS is what I’ve been eating in my meats. Gross. Save yourself the money and just focus on portion control with better quality foods not from them.

Hello to the staff if PTF: I am happy with the service but about the food I am worry every time I am eating ground meat as Hambureger, Mestballs, etc... Because I had several little pieces of bones in different meat meals. Once in my life for the same reason I had a broken tooth very bad and I have now an Implant . I do not want it happen again and honest I am terrifying without enjoy my meats meals. If you can improve this matter I will be continuing Bering your customer but really I am concerned st this point , ay estoy have to upgrade the ground meat. As well unfortunately , I asked more florets on the brócoli and coliflower vegetables , several times , all comes with steams only and some thick and hard . ??!!!! I understand that it comes mixed but not just the steams!!!! Please , with respect and kindness Pay attention to this matters . The dentist implants are very expensive and I can’t manage a big bill like that on the de rust office . I can send it the piece of bone if you wish . I have save it. Thank you very much. Not a lot of guidance and food is way too unhealthy. It’s not Keto so the foods shouldn’t be so high fat. Not losing much weight even though I have been following consistently.

I love the food portions as well as the taste of the food. Very good and very convenient servings. Great product. Would recommend to anyone!

Food no longer comes frozen, so you have to refreeze (oh, fun) or put it in the fridge (for 30 days???). The veggies are not seasoned at all, and don't taste like much of anything. I get sick and tired of the food, and sometimes I opt to have nothing rather than have PTF again..

I never got my order. FedEx is holding it hostage.
