The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the meats are just a little too salty for me. But they are very tender and juicy. Great for a quick healthy meal. Teriyaki chicken is so good!

Great weight loss program.

The food is pretty good. The diet absolutely works. Occasionally my food arrived partially thawed.

We like the omelet/patty meal the best, but you have to buy other items in order to get enough to last a month. We'd like to order more than what is allowed at one time.

High quality, tasty food that was extremely easy to prepare. The additional materials and videos made the plan easy and fun to follow and I got better than expected results in terms of weight loss. I will be purchasing from them again soon! Highly recommended. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that some of the chicken dishes could have tasted better. Everything else tasted REALLY GOOD!

The food is good, was delivered on time, and has suited our needs thus far. The only reason I removed a star is because of the oils used in many of the dishes as well as the sauces. They are inflammatory, and it makes it hard to choose dishes that don't contain things like soybean oil, and even hydrogenated oils in some of the items. If that was remedied, I would make this a consistent order for my family.

Great way to kick off a healthy diet. This is our third round with Personal Trainor foods. They've got the right variety to get you losing quickly, and to set you on the right path. I don't feel like I'm starving, but a little nighttime sweet could be part of the program. We keep returning because the program works. Weaning yourself off isn't difficult, but falling off the wagon is oh so easy; ergo we repeat.

My whole family really likes Personal Trainer Food. We don't use it specifically for weight loss, we just like the convenience of having something delicious to eat that doesn't take any effort to prepare when we're busy. The food arrives conveniently packaged and still frozen solid, ready to transfer to our freezer. The customer service is OUTSTANDING...I've had the occasion to contact them a couple of times with questions or changes to my order and they are always friendly and extremely helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the portion sizes on the meat aren't always consistent...I've had a few giant pieces of chicken, and others that are quite small. Also, the food is a bit expensive but they always run specials that make it more affordable. We got locked in on an automatic subscription at a fair price so I can see us continuing to use this service long term.
