I tried PTF once before and lost about…
I tried PTF once before and lost about 12 lbs. Decided to try another another another 28 days and my order was delayed in shipping. I voiced my concern about the safety of food that had been in shipping so long and they IMMEDIATELY responded and had another order on its way. As a former small business owner I know it's not the problems that necessarily define a company, but the response to those problems. Big props to PFT for their quick response!

This has been an effective weight loss program that takes the complexity of what to eat out of the equation. The food tastes good and is easy to prepare. Support is good and the program is easy to follow.

The convenience to have lunch or dinner ready in 5 minutes is great. The food tastes good but like and restrictive meal plans will power is key not to pickup a bag of chips.

Great Food
The food is absolutely delicious! It's proportion just right to maintain a healthy balance. I sometimes eat more than one because it's so good. I lost weight without even trying and it kept me regular. Highly recommend. I would like to increase my subscription by purchasing the month supply.
