The food tastes much better than I expected. I have tried several other packaged meals and this is the best one.

I would have given 5 stars but I wished the nutritional information was easy to obtain because that would have changed what I ordered. Some of the food is too high in carbs so I feel I wasted my money on them. I would have never ordered those particular items. Otherwise, I do enjoy the food and would buy again but a little more selectively.

Food is flavorfull and all over good. My only complaint is the amount of fat on 3 of the teriyaki chicken breasts. Very disappointing and surprising for a company that says their food will help you lose weight.

The service was great, food arrived quick. However, if you don't have a deep freeze the 28 day supply is too much for the regular sized freezer. Also the quality of the meet seemed pretty low. Everything tasted pretty great though so I would recommend it to those of you that struggle with meal prep and are looking for a simple solution that offers a lot of variety.

It's a great way to jumpstart a change of life. If you use it as a diet, you're destined to fail as its hard to limit ones intake to such little amounts of food. The food itself is ok, packing could be a bit more sturdy as many of the meals have holes in the packing. Online support group is amazing as you help each other out as you are all going through the same thing! Would buy again if given the option to buy a weeks food at a time rather than a whole 28 days at once.

I love the convenience of 4 minute meal prep, and the portions are the perfect size. However, I'm allergic to garlic, therefore, the sauce goes to waste; I'd prefer not to receive it. The only negative I have is that there is too much stem pieces in the packages that have the broccoli; therefore, they also go to waste. Thank you.
