convenient, ease of prep. Cost effective for single peron. great choices

Good, convenient, decent taste Initial month shipment had a problem with half the stuff totally defrosted. I was home when it arrived. They were good about it and sent out new breakfasts and veggies so I am satisfied with their customer service. Just try to get 2 week shipped and asked for extra dry ice to insure stuff stays frozen. Diet works well Expensive but convenient

Been a customer for several years. Quality Food & love the portion sizes. Helps us not to overeat. Favorites are the breakfast, but can’t say there is anything that we don’t like.

Service was quick and everything was packaged well. My friend and I ordered at the same time and she said she received a lunch bag and water bottle with her shipment. I did not receive those items. I purchased a Groupon and was disappointed to find out that my dinner would not come with a protein/meat.

It was easy to order and the food was packed really well. Everything stayed frozen after it was left on my porch during a sunny day in the 80's. I do have a porch so the box was in the shade. The food I ordered had support included with it. The support person was very nice but initially very pushy. I had received a text from her while at work asking a question, but do not regularly check texts at work because of the nature of my job. I had received a second text a little over an hour after the first noting that since I had not responded that after an hour she would assume an answer to the question asked. I however explained my situation and was given an email and option to contact if I needed anything further.

The food is great ... Easy to fix. Your website to change a routine order could be a little more user friendly.

Food is tasty. Delivery quick and easy. Did not give 5 stars as some of the squash medallions started to turn after only week in freezer. The rest of food has held up well.

Food has changed since slightly since the first time I had tried personal trainer food. The bags do not help microwave the food thoroughly. The time instructions are useful but it almost seems like it is not enough time. And the bags end up expanding and popping open, so I don't know if that's what its supposed to do but some of the vegetables don't get heated while others are overly heated. Same with the breakfast. I did not like the pudding/shakes. It was difficult thoroughl mixing the powder and the powder would clump up on the spoon or insider the blender becoming like a sludge. I still like the company though and the foods taste way better than other products.
