I love this product because when I’m really hungry for something delicious I can have it in three minutes. I love the garlic butter sauce they give For the vegetables too. Keeps me coming back. I have a delicious meat and delicious vegetables in three minutes. It also satisfies me for a long time instead of munching on snacks that have no nutrition.

I have used PTF before and it always…
I have used PTF before and it always helps me. First time I lost 30 lbs. That was years ago. I do it now a couple times a year. I enjoy the food. My husband has tried it and he lost 25 lbs. It helps me keep my weight in check. Plus I feel good while on it.

PTF is amazing
PTF is amazing. Not only is their food great, but their customer service is top notch. Fedex delivery got delayed due to Fedex's fault and PTF Fedex expressed me a new order right away, the new order literally showed up the next day. Their food works wonders to get away from fast food and to cut down on the extra pounds. I lost 10 lbs within the first 10 days, just eating their food. No exercise, just changed my diet to PTF. Without fail PTF is the best company and food on the market if your goal is to eat healthy and lose weight. I have ordered from them 6 times and never been disappointed. I have recommended them over and over to my family and friends.
