Personal Trainer FoodReviews of personaltrainerfood.com

Any time I've used PTF the box arrives on time or a little sooner. Everything is still frozen and ordering is so easy. Sometimes the menu gets a little tiresome as the chicken starts to taste the same. I miss the brisket that used to be offered. I love the vegetables and the new butter sauces are awesome! I was sure I was going to hate them but I went out on a limb and tried the bacon and white cheddar sauce. Wow! is all I can say. I cant get enough of it. Last night for dinner I just ate 2 servings of veggies with that sauce. You're doing a great job PTF! And your customer service is outstanding. Thanks for helping me to reach my final goals!

Food is good, wish they had seafood, spinach and egg white options

Food is tasty and fresh. If you stick with the plan you can loose weight.

I like PTF!! Follow the plan and you will lose weight. I found that over time all the meals began to taste the same. To combat this, instead of microwaving all meals, I saute, broil, or bake some of the meals. Add a serving of veggies with breakfast or some sugar free salsa, mustard or mayo with lunch or dinner. The roasted chicken can be thrown into delicious salad. Variety in prep makes easier to stay on plan.

The food is tasty and real. Our whole family shares it, so everyone gets his choice of vegetables. I just wish there were no preservatives, and I wish the meat was slightly less well done. We miss the brisket choice.

Love the easy nature of this...put one protein and one vegetable in the microwave and presto you have a meal. Food is generally good quality...the chicken tends to be rubbery so I stay away from them. Breakfasts are fantastic!

The food is decent and is actually more flavorful than it might appear. Everything is seasoned nicely. It's not fancy, but I love having the proper portions, with guidance about what to add to a meal or have for snacks. I'm losing weight in chunks, a drop and then nothing, then another drop. I wish the shipment didn't come with styrofoam. That is actually my one big complaint, that has nothing to do with the food. I worry about the environmental impact of me ordering this food month after month. Maybe that sounds dumb to some, but there has got to be a better way to ship!

Thus far, I like most of the entrees.
