My Impressions 6 weeks in (Updated)
Food actually tastes good. Quick and simple heating. Portions seem small at first, but I quickly got used to them after including a small snack in between meals (snack choice per guidlines provided). Quick side note, I noticed a few complaints regarding the speed of the results. I would keep in mind that it usually takes a few weeks for your body to catch up to your new habits, so stick with it for a month and give it a chance. I am nearing the end of week 3. Currently down 15lbs. Age: 30 Gender: M Height: 6'4" Starting Weight: ~280lbs Current Weight: 265lbs Update: Now around the end of week 6. Currently down 30lbs. Current Weight: 250lbs I have started adding workouts (2-3x/week) to help reduce the risk of loose skin and build muscle to further expedite weight loss. Goal is to get down to 215lbs @ ~10%bf
