About a dozen food items missing from my orders 2 months in a row. Emails and calls were not answered. Have not ordered since. Food was very good. Super easy to prepare servings. However when you pay for 28 days of meals only receive 22 days worth you feel ripped off.

Not enough protein or veggie choices. Meatballs, which was one of my favorite itms taste moe like a sponge. Inconsistent portions, and more importantly, dicontinuation of popular proteins.

Food is alittle bland. Was tired of it after afew months. Breakfasts were pretty good though. Good shipping, Great customer support and good to fix orders that were messed up.

Would like there to be a better variety of food items. I've been purchasing food for about 3 years now and it's getting old. The quality of the food is great. It all taste delicious. Would also like the option to have smaller packages without having to sign up for set deliveries.

I love most of the foods, however, I have had issues with changes to my order without my knowledge, orders where I was missing a few items, etc. Customer support is great but for the price that I am paying I would prefer more diverse/new food choices every so often and for orders to be as ordered or for someone to contact me asking to change my order before doing it on their own. High sodium.

I think the food is delicious but it is a little pricey. I like the option of picking the things I like to eat but that makes the price of the food go up. Also, I wish there was some little sweet tasting treat that had protein but no sugar. I know the fake sugar isn’t good for you but I was on PT for 3 months and I had a little craving for something dessert like. Also, the pick your own food plan packs my freezer. However, when I am or was on it I got 2 big white buckets for my garage freezer and split the meats and vegetables in those and then I put all breakfasts in my house freezer so I got it together.

I purchased Personal Trainer food for about 2 months earlier this year as I was extremely busy with work, needed to lose some weight, and had no time for food preparation. While some of the food was very delicious, and the service was convenient, I was concerned about food additives, and that was my main reason for stopping the deliveries. There are a few items containing MSG, which I ultimately avoided. I also prefer uncured bacon and sausage to avoid nitrates, and I do not believe PT food uses uncured meats. I stayed on it long enough to lose 12 lbs. It was good for the short term to lose a few pounds.

Good, but not great food. Too pricy to continue.
