when i first open the box of food i…
when i first open the box of food i wasnt sure i could do it, but the food was actually not to bad and the portions were perfect and convenient to take to work. it really did help the sugar cravings. im stsrting to feel better, and have more energy. i now take notice of labels and can actually choose a better option if i have a craving. #feelingbetter #loving lifeagain

The food quality and taste is top notch. Even if you aren't in a sorry the price and convenience make this a great choice to have for lunches.

Absolutely top notch customer service
Absolutely top notch customer service. When calling, you get to speak with a polite, attentive and helpful member of their staff. Once, I accidentally ordered a 28 day plan on top of my 14 day auto-renew, and one was already on the way. PTF was able to reverse the charge on one order and change my subscription settings to reflect my changing schedule and needs and they were super friendly and understanding. Zero attitude, zero pressure. Emails are always returned promptly and questions get answered. They really are their to help all of us:) Thabks PTF!

I have lost 7 lbs
I have lost 7 lbs. I used another diet food program and I had to work at making it edible. I lost weight on both but the food on this program is great. I like not having to figure out what to eat and the meals are ready in minutes. Did I mention the vegetables taste like you just picked them.
