Convenience is great. Selection is ok. I wish there were more of a selection of low carb/low sugar foods for lunch/dinner. The gluten free chicken tenders are not bad but not great either. Overall food is pretty good and I have ordered more than once. The packaging is challenging due to its size. I wish it could be broken down into smaller packages - either mailed separately or within the single box. Right now, I have to unpack it on my front porch, bag it and carry it to my freezer. Also, the orders that I have received, more often than not, have bags that have split and the contents are all over the inside of the packing box.

food is "OK" we have used for convenience. Last delivery came a day early and they left it out in full sun on 90 degree day. We were not expecting it until the following day - we had planned to be out of town the whole day, but a neighbor saw the box and called. May be shipper's problem/fault, but why on earth do they let you pick a delivery date if it means nothing? I call PTF and was told it's just an "estimate" of day to be delivered.

2 times my order did not show up. Tracy the CSR os Great and had provided stellar service both times I spoke with her.

The program works, but you don't get what you order. You get some of what you select, but they fill the order with what is available. This is disappointing since if you do this more than once you know what you like and what you don't like. When you select what you know you enjoy, and you receive a lot of items that you specifically avoided selecting, it can be pretty disappointing.

The food is okay. Thus eating the same thing practically gets boring. The phone line and texting is not customer friendly. Left voice message a number of times but did not get a return phone call. Also, the person texting me can not respond to all the questions I have.

The food is tasty but if you are looking for supportive staff I haven't found that to be the case. The 4-5 contact with staff was not helpful.

Website is frustrating to use. Some food better than other but to change my plan or did I want I need to be able to sit down, on an actual computer with plenty of time to make changes. Very very difficult to do from my phone.

The food has been okay. The communication with the company has been poor. When I reached out about changing my delivery date I did not get any response. That was very disappointing to me.
