Food tasted like airplane food
Food tasted like airplane food. On 2 different shipments there was 1 piece of food not in a sealed package but laying on top of a dry ice bag. Never had ample time to make different selections.

Lost maybe three pounds while following …
Lost maybe three pounds while following plan to the letter. But the worst part was customer service from Niki who could offer absolutely no explanation or suggestions to lose more on the plan. I lost more following an Atkins like diet on my own after a month. I even mentioned to her that I had bought a plan for my bestie who believes she is gaining weight on the plan.

The hamburger paties were uneatable
The hamburger paties were uneatable. They were rancid and we to through them away. There was trash and stems mixed in the mixed vegetables as well. The lima beans had a very high percentage of beans that were hard as rocks. The quality control of your product has really gone down, to the point I'll never order food from you again. It's too bad, you had a good thing going.

Food doesn't taste good
Food doesn't taste good. Very salty.
Response from Personal Trainer FoodAug 17, 2017
Hi Anastasia, Thank you for your review. This feedback is rare, but very appreciated as it's vital to improving our customer experience. All of our food goes through a thorough selection process. We hold a full staff taste testing and evaluation when considering new items for our menu. The items are then given to our CEO for testing as well, and only upon his approval is something added to our menu. We do understand that everyone has different taste preferences. We will reach out to you privately to gather more feedback and make sure your concerns are heard. Thank you.

Bad, untrustworthy, no integrity
In the very, very, very fine print they tell you that you are signing up for a subscription. Extremely sneaky and not upfront. Then they send you an email advising they are going to charge your credit card for the subscription, which seems great except for they send the email 3 days before the charge in the email it says you must cancel 7 days in advance, therefore there is no way to not have your credit card charged. Then they only let you cancel by calling, where I spent 30 minutes on hold!!! Once I got ahold of a person, she was rude and disregarded my complaints.
Response from Personal Trainer FoodAug 7, 2017
Hello Tamara, Thank you for your review. We are always disappointed to hear that a valued customer was unsatisfied with their experience. We strive to be clear and transparent about the difference between a single delivery and subscription by various methods. This includes labeling them ''1 time, 28 day order'' as one option and ''subscription auto-delivery'' as the other. We also require that each customer choose an auto delivery frequency at check out, as well as agreeing to the terms and conditions. We do understand this is not always clear to every individual, and we apologize if you felt like this was the case. We will follow up with you privately to resolve this and would definitely appreciate any other feedback you have, as it's vital to improving our overall customer experience.
