I get excellent service and on the 1 time my blood sugar level was 304 they called me almost immediately to check on me and that was when I woke up nauseated and it stayed with me all day so I was eating crackers and drinking 7-Ups which ran my sugar up!!! Plus on the 3 times that my sugar dropped in the 70s or 60s, the nurse called each time to see if I was ok and gave me suggestions to bring it back up into the proper range!!! Also the dietitian has called me and told me some good tips on what I can do when I don’t feel like eating supper because my stomach feels too full due to me having eaten a very late breakfast!!!

Perry Health has been a tremendous help. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and my doctor didn't really give me much help... didn't even tell me how frequently to take my blood sugar and anything like that. The team at Perry has helped me tremendously and I feel supported.
