PerlerReviews of perler.com

I received a coupon through Perler for completing a review of their product. When I went to redeem the coupon code, it did not work. I messaged Customer Service on May 20th and have been going back and forth with them since. The issue keeps getting "escalated" and then radio silence. The agent I've spoken with has been nice, but out sick several times which leaves me confused. Is there only one person for all of customer support at Perler? I'm not sure how such a simple thing cannot be resolved within a 4 month time span. They have no problem created other working coupon codes for their website.

You get exactly what you pay for! So psyched to have gotten the perlers I've been wanting. They have every single color you could imagine available. Small and large beads. Glow in the dark, glitter, and more. I make giant pokemon out of them to hang on your wall and they 2k and 5k bags are so inexpensive that I keep buying more and more colors. Plus there's always some kind of discount or deal if you look or wait a day or two on different products. I got all my 2k ct bags of each color for $2.99 a bag vs the normal $4.99 a bag. Which even at $4.99 is cheaper then stores like micheals which is $6.25&up & they only have 1/4th the colors available. Bought my first order on a Friday & recieved my package that coming Tuesday morning. Fast [& FREE!!] shipping! So, needless to say the website is excellent and I'd tell anyone to buy from them. (Especially over Amazon or ur local craft stores) cheaper, larger product choices, and discounts to even boost your savings!
