The keyboard they sent me doesn't work correctly. The 5,6,=,-, numberpad and shift keys don't work correctly. This is the case whether you plug it into a desktop PC or several laptops - the problem persists, and they will refuse to provide refund or replacement. Do not order from their vintage keyboard range if you can help it. They look nice, built to last, but don't carry the same level of function as a £10 keyboard can from your local electronics store.

Hello John, I am sorry to hear you had a issue with our product. Usually the only way we are unable to provide a replacement is when the product is out of our 30 day return window or the product was bought through a third party seller.
