Reached out to customer service about possible missing
Reached out to customer service about possible missing screws. It did not take anytime before a quick response was sent. Even though we eventually found the screws, I was impressed on how quickly someone responded and willing to help. We put up sour pergola and it was the best investment we made to make our backyard more pleasing and to be able to have a place to enjoy the summer season.

The salesman (Marcelo) that helped me…
The salesman (Marcelo) that helped me and I placed my order with was great to work with. (very knowledgeable about the product) The pergulox is excellent, it's very well designed, engineered & manufactured. Looks amazing on our deck. Delivered in an expected time & delivery men were great as well. Customer service always friendly & great at returning phone calls. I highly recommend them for your Pergola.

Love the quality of the product
Love the quality of the product. It's beautiful and sturdy/strong, and the design of the entire system is well thought-out. Ships fast and is packed well to prevent damage. The assembly instructions could be better, but Pergolux does a lot of work to provide videos and other resources to help make assembly easier. LOVED the SnapFit system, we were able to pretty easily add 3 screens to our system after-the-fact. It does exactly what we want in our backyard which is to block the sun but to also allow for good airflow when the louvers are open. I bought a different pergola brand for our front deck (the top of the line) and when I compare that brand to Pergolux, Pergolux definitely stands its own and for honestly 1/10th of the cost. Which is crazy.

Most issues can be resolved on their…
Most issues can be resolved on their chat system which is quick and painless. Connecting with a human in customer service was difficult, but once I finally got through it was all smooth and parts shipped promptly. Adolpho was excellent in handling my unusual circumstances. I highly recommend Pergolux without reservation.

Excellent quality and communication…
Excellent quality and communication regarding our order. High quality materials delivered on time. However some critical components were not delivered by the shipping company. Our completion of the assembly was delayed by several weeks. This delay was acknowledged and well managed by the customer service rep, Adolfo. When all the parts arrived we could finish the assembly and realized how sturdy and well made this pergola is in comparison to other brands.
