I had some delivery issues beyond my control and related my experience to Pergolux. The logistics manager contacted me directly and was absolutely in agreement that my experience should never happen and was willing to make it right. I was shocked to receive that kind of after the sale quality customer service. I am updating my rating for their willingness to make my experience a better one and to stand behind their product. I hired some professionals to do some work at my house and also install the pergola. We found the instructions not as easy as described and lack of a printed manual a little frustrating and funny. The final process took I would guess about 10 hours and this with a licensed carpenter and plumber. Would have helped if the box with hardware was labeled as such. The S2 is a great, quality manufactured product and I would recommend it.

This PERGOLUX Skydance S2 took a while to get to us but the wait was so worth it. It’s so beautiful and sturdy and we genuinely have nothing bad to say about it at all. We have contacted customer service as there were some troubles with the delivery but they are so understanding and made everything so much easier. It’s so cozy and no wind gets in AT ALL, it’s very spacious and gorgeous. We are so happy with this purchase as it also fit into our budget and over all was an amazing addition to our home.

We love our new pergola from PERGOLUX. We won the ability to keep snow, sun and rain off the furniture, but still allowing light when we were sitting on the patio. We also got the heaters, white led lights and sunshades and all work great. Elite Tech Installs did a great job, modifying it to mount to our roof, giving us a little extra height and fewer posts. I highly recommend them for your install.

Absolutely love the design. Sleek and minimalistic. My interaction with Melissa in customer service was top notch too. She was knowledgeable and patient and able to sort out any issues I had. Overall very positive experience and they have a good product that I can highly recommend.
