Awesome product and our pergola really transformed our backyard!

Order placed , easy, got a free heater. The communication of where my order was and were it was at in by the delivery process could have been a little better. Did encounter one gentleman on email that was a little sharp but I had a glass of wine went to church and forgave him. Install was a breeze! Even the accessories. Would definitely recommend to others and would buy again!!!

Paid for a pergola , (in stock) poured footings etc. Got an email a week later that it is now out of stock but they will upgrade me at over double the price , the same price on their website (not even an upgrade) I feel this to be a bait and switch I am very disappointed, funny how none of the one star reviews are on their website. I feel they don't care , claim to have tried to reach out to my phone, no missed calls , more lies. Terrible experience right out of the gate! After they put Nellie on the case, she was sympathetic to the situation and came up with a solution for us, I feel they have redeemed themselves and am looking forward to getting the pergola. I will let you know how it all works out, Thank you Nellie!

We had a mix-up when ordering our pergola and chose the wrong color that would not match up with the sliding glass doors we plan buy. The product had already shipped but Melisa from the sales support team was an immense help. She was able to coordinate with logistics to get the original shipment re-routed back, and get a new order processed quickly. Very happy with my experience.

We couldn't be happier with our Sundream S2 Pergola from Pergolux! Their customer service is outstanding from start to finish - we purchased our pergola but weren't installing for 2 months later. Their chat, phone, and email representatives were all outstanding and responded promptly to inquiries. They kept notes and told us to reach out if there were any issues with installation or damage to the pergola from shipping. The pergola had no issues, was installed easily with the instructions provided online, and we couldn't be happier! The LED lights are fantastic - multiple brightness and hue settings. The one heater heats our 10x13' pergola perfectly. Thank you, Pergolux, for making this an excellent experience!
