The installers Daniel and his partner, came today and took the pile of components and created a masterpiece. Despite the miserable weather they forged ahead and did a solid assembly. In light of a missing cable they’ll be back to finish the project but everything looks great and we can’t wait to use our new pergola when the weather clears.

What great customer service!! When we ordered the heater was not showing as an option to add to our order. When I looked back at our order confirmation there was an option to add the heater. When I chatted with Ayana and the team, they went way above what they had to do to take care of getting a heater added to my order. Looking forward to getting my delivery and setting it all up!

Purchased a Sundream S2. The pergola is well designed and well built. Self assembly is not quite as easy as Pergolux implies, but that's mostly because their documentation can be hard to follow. It isn't because the assembly process is actually difficult if you can interpret the directions. Go slowly, and double-check your work! I did experience a manufacturing issue with some of the louvers - which Pergolux mentioned could happen - and I had to contact them to get special screws to complete the install. The Customer Service team at Pergolux was great to work with, and they shipped the screws right out to me. Once I had the right screws, the louver fastening was quick and easy. We look forward to enjoying dinners under our pergola for years to come!
