The Skydance S3 Pergola selection and purchase process was easy and straightforward. The delivery was in 2 parts. The first part was delivered within 2 weeks. The second part of the delivery (glass) was back ordered and took 2 months. This was expained to me during the purchase, so it was not an issue for me. The shipping company delivered all parts directly to the site with no issues, missing or broken parts. Installation went as well as could be expected, however instructions could be better. Overall the purchase and installation process went well and I am extremely satisfied with the well engineered product.

The pergola are excellent quality and beautiful when installed. The delivery time was very long, and could be faster.

Reaching out to support for questions with the install has been wonderful. Receiving full articles about my issues in the email helped me solve my problems. The LED color light is not very bright but all in all, the product looks wonderful. I’ve used it every day since we installed it.
