They blocked me on Instagram, Facebook, because I wrote a comment that I haven't received perfume for 5 months. They don't answer messages or calls. The order was placed in September, so far I have not received anything and I am blocked.

I bought 2 perfumes from this website in October.The tracking info still shows the order is processing.I have contacted them several times and they tell me they are checking on it but never get another reply.I try to phone them several times no one reply.This is a scam do not buy from this site.I want my money back as soon as possible.

Había hecho pedidos.antes y había funcionado bien siempre pero ahora llevo 2 meses esperando 2 pedidos y no sé nada al respecto, al principio contestaban (1° dieron número de seguimiento que después pasó a estar anulado, luego se escudaban en el cambio de gerencia de la empresa...) Pero después directamente dejaron de contestar, ni por mail, ni por WhatsApp ni por IG...ya no sé qué hacer...pedidos 140860 y 140892

Hi bought 3 perfumes from them on July 2023, and did not receive until today. I have sent a lot of email, without answers. After a long time they responded in October, referring that the company is/was facing some situation, but everything is solved, and they would delivery my items in less than 15days. And that wasn't true, I did not receive.

Slecht slecht oplichters!!! Bestel hier NIET!!! Heb 2 oktober een bestelling gedaan voor 2 flessen parfums. Niets geleverd en als ik probeer via mail contact te krijgen omdat ik mijn geld terug wil krijg ik een standaard reactie.

I ordered 13th of October YSL libre and today is 16th of December and it still hasn't arrived. They told us the reason is that my perfume is in the basket but when I sent them the proof that I actually payed they didn't respond even though they keep sending me promotion emails. This website is a scam and I don't reccomend ordering from it!

I ordered perfume in October 10th and its December 15th still haven't recieved I still say website is SCAM if it isn't then how come I've not recieved my order or a refund for that case..I emailed them and didn't hear anything back

Commande le 29/10/2023 qui devait être livrée selon le site "sous 7 jours ouvrables maximum" mais rien reçu le 14/12/2023, pas d'explications, ne répondent à aucun message Il s'agit d'un site frauduleux, contre lequel je porte plainte auprès des Autorités. Cette société n'existe pas : tout est faux dans les données fournies (nom, numéro de téléphone, adresses) Je vous invite à porter plainte et surtout ne pas tenir compte de leur réponse bidon et répétitive après chaque avis négatif!
