Hola hace 2 meses hice un pedido y no me ha llegado nada,he perdido el dinero,ya q la página no existe.Alguien me puede decir donde puedo reclamar mi dinero.Gracias

Ojalá hubiera leído estas opiniones antes de hacer el pedido, ES UNA ESTAFA, ni envían nada ni responden los correos. Lo peor es que no sé puede hacer nada contra ellos.

Son falsos los perfumes MALAS COPIAS 1- Enviaron de Egipto dude pero pensé eso no es un motivo para preocuparse 2-DHL Aduanas me han contado 43€ porque el vendedor no pago impuestos y como venían de fuera de Europa pues tuve que pagar 3-Al recibir abro y me encuentro con los perfumes SIN CAJAS(cosa que no está mencionado en su página) 4-Tan mala calidad que ni las tapas se cierran bien y como tengo una colección de 700 perfumes de varias marcas pues solo al ver el bote me di cuenta que son falsos AHORA NO SE QUE HACER PORQUE ACABO DE PERDER 350€ Mas 43€ de Aduanas.OS PIDO POR FAVOR QUE NO OS ARRIESGUEIS COMO YO PERO POR LO MENOS OS HE ADVERTIDO

Por todos los comentarios que vi, creo que yo también fui víctima de fraude, ya casi voy para un mes y mi pedido no llega, la única comunicación que se puede tener con ellos es solo por correo y los primeros correos si me los contestaban y los último que les envíe ya nada, no se porque las autoridades no hacen nada al respecto ojalá y mas usuarios no digan cayendo en estos fraudes

They lie in everything, They say they are based in the USA but they are actually from Egypt, they say it’s original, and it’s not. Also they have this well written on article 6 on their guidelines, where after the payment has been confirmed they will not in any circumstance refund the value, also on that same article they mention that the perfumes “may”, meaning THEY WILL be different than the original brand ones, even tho say they are “original”. Also TAP PAYMENTS, the company that accepts the money from they is also as responsible for this scam, since they do nothing about it, and still do business with them. DO NOT BUY, DOESNT MATTER WHAT THEY SAY, IT’S ALL LIES

Fake!!! Company does not respond to messages. After 3 months! I received the thing I ordered. It is fake! And stinks terribly. Warning: do not do business with this! These are scammers.

Do not buy. The site is a scam. I ordered 3 perfumes and they all came unpackaged with a used bottle and I can't even say the smell has any similarity to the original. I was practically robbed of 115 euros.
