I initially had given performance bike a two star review because they told me a part wasn’t actually in stock after ordering it because it said it was in stock when it wasn’t but they actually came through for me in on my order. They realized what they did and found one in California and next day aired it to me!

I ordered a pair of bike tires since i saw positive reviews from this store. I was not in a rush to receive them but they took a whole week of no updates and everything i had ordered for my bike had already arrived by that point.

Still go to store 20 years running (from before SuperGo purchase). Now have more niche parts (hubs, bolts…). Quick answers chat or email, quick ship. Everything been as advertised and shipped as ordered.
