Perfect tux my ass! The shirt was huge didn't fit at all not what the website suggested. Then I ordered the accessories including French cuff clips and all the trimmings. I was able to return the shirt with no issue. Once I tried to return the accessories it was denied. I paid an extra almost $4 to have unlimited returns. This is not a good experience. Go to Joseph A Banks or The Black Tux if you want a better experience. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a pair of pleated tuxedo pants. They arrived after 2 weeks NOT pleated. I requested a return and have still not received. The clock is ticking on the time allowed to return and I cannot get a reply.

Ordered a suit and it fit horribly. when i returned it my return got rejected since a tag was missing (had it in my possession for not even 24h but forgot to reattach a tag before sending in). then they charged me $15 to have it shipped back to me… why would i want a suit that doesn’t fit? just throw it away. Avoid at all costs. better places to get a suit and won’t prey on your wallet after you send it back.
