Perfect Tax ReliefReviews of perfecttaxrelief.com

Want to thank you for letting me know that this process takes time. Every time I called Jim he was always responsive and did not give me "pie in the sky' solutions. I had missed many years of filing and was afraid of the IRS. I am very saitisfied with the final resolution by negotiating a good payment plan and lowering some penalties. Thanks to the entire team at Perfect tax.

Perfect tax relief did not meet my expectations as one of their clients. They were hard to reach and lacked communication. Perfect tax relief did not take care of me as one of their clients. I paid them3,000. They never answered my phone calls over the 12 months. Also, when they did decide to reach out to me. I was put on a Ferderal tax lien which made matters worse. Non collectible status with penalties and interest still accruing. I felt that perfect tax relief just took the easy way out and didn’t make any adjustments to my account. I still have to pay even more than I originally owed. I was scammed and money was taking out my account each month and was unaware of the type of program I was put in. Perfect tax told me they would lower my amount or get it to 0. Nothing was adjusted. They told me I would get an offer of compromise. I was scammed . I would not trust this tax relief company. They did not follow through. I still owe more. I always pay my taxes. I was on this program without my knowledge. I was put on a program for people that never pay their taxes. I am 100% not trusting this agency. I’m in a worst situation. I was in the dark for 12 months ignoring my calls and emails. It was supposed to be taken care of with perfect tax. Please do not trust this agency. It’s a scam!

Took me for 10K. After a year this company came back to me stating they could no longer help me and they were sorry. I stopped paying and they turned me over to collection for non payment. Now they want to take me to court having done NOTHING for me. Asking for the balance. Srewed my credit and money.
