The trip was excellent. Lene is an attentive and detailed travel agent. She spent a great deal of time getting to know us and our preferences. She kept us apprised of each step of the planning process. She plans a first class adventure. All of our tour guides were wonderful, knowledgable and friendly. The hotels were luxurious and customer service was top notch. Every detail was perfectly planned and executed. We loved the variety of experiences!
