Hi SS thanks for sharing us your experience. We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied from your recent order. As we promised 1-2 processing days for all our customers, we went ahead with the deduct of the short expiry item when you declined the offer so we can send your order as soon as possible for you. We would normally offer a longer expiry if it's available. However, unfortunately, at that moment and until now, we still do not have a regular or longer expiry ones for the specific item. The reason it's still available on the website is because we indeed still have few of these products left in stock that some customers are willing to buy because they really need the lenses to wear asap. Since the order was placed during the promotional period, the discount was applied to all of the items in your order, that means, the refund will also be discounted. (not the full price). We believe that this may have been due to a searching history that let's google think you are in need of a certain product, as a result, it gives you all the options regardless of the specific keyword you have typed in. Hi Valery! we are so sorry to hear about this. We have a strict company policy to keep our product quality level high by keeping the lenses boxes sealed and intact straight from the manufacturer. However since contact lenses are mass produced at manufacturer, defective lenses are found in product in very occasional case. We would like to understand the situation better. Hi there Ruthann, We apologize for the confusion. Please kindly be informed that FreshLook ColorBlends containing 2 lenses per box (from your order) are indeed weekly disposable lenses. You find a “For Daily Wear Only” print outside the box and this only suggests that the lenses be removed, cleansed, and stored daily (for one up to two weeks) as it is not recommended for continuous wear for over 1 day and not recommended sleeping with lenses on during the night. We hope this answers your concerns.
