US Postal at Fault!
Love their services! Quality of contact lens are always perfect, great condition, packaging always in great quality. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that it ships from Canada into the U.S., at the California transit. I have always purchased from PerfectLensWorld but this last time I didn’t receive my order because it was stuck in California transit. PerfectLensWorld was wonderful and prompted to checking the status on my order and then later on refunding me. I received the refund quite quickly too. I did file a claim to the US Postal and that is pending at this time. I most likely will order from PerfectLensWorld again because I loved their services. Just expect US Postal services to fall behind when ordering.

We are working on finding another Delivery company to provide additional service for us however, at this moment, it's still in the works and haven't secured any contracts yet. we hope to offer this very very soon.
