Scam
PerfectLensWorld is a complete scam! The contact lenses they sent were of poor quality—I couldn’t see properly out of them. Worse, they never asked for my prescription, which is not only irresponsible but also illegal. Companies are required by law to verify prescriptions, and it’s shocking that they’re allowed to operate without following such regulations. Their customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I tried to address the issue and inquire about their return policy. This shady Canadian company should not be trusted—do not do business with them!

hey Mark! as a Canadian company, we are not required to contact every Eye Care clinic for every orders we process. We do however, contact them as needed especially when an issue comes up. On the other hand, to make sure our customers have valid prescription on hand upon ordering, we ask for prescription information in one of the pages of our check out process. We require a valid prescription when ordering on our website as mentioned on our policies. Upon checking, we learned that you have skipped this part and also cannot provide a valid prescription when you reached out to our customer service. Hence we are unable to make the best resolution for you. Due to this, failure to provide evidence such as valid prescription cannot confirm that your contact lenses were defective. We can definitely start a return if you have an unopened box of contact lenses. We'd love to assist you for a return. Given all this, we take pride in providing affordable contact lenses in all of US and do our best to assist customers with any issue. However, we also do not tolerate false accusations against our company and agents. Apologies for any inconvenience. Advance happy Holidays!!
