Worst experience I ever had with a potential contractor. I reached out to “Perfect Home Services” for a simple Internet cable extension job, expecting them to come in a red van and they showed up in a green “ABC” van? But wait… I thought ABC was a different company? Yes, Perfect Home Services is the same company as ABC. Yikes! I scheduled on the “Perfect Home Services” website for a 10a-12p arrival window. I waited all morning only for 12:30p to come and no one showed up. No one called, texted, or emailed. I had to be the one to reach out to them via call, text, email, and asked if they were still on the way or running behind. Nothing. No communication. Then, I finally get a text and call from the tech around 1pm stating he is finally on the way. No apology, nothing. Then I get sent a photo of the tech’s face from ABC. I’m so confused. I didn’t book with ABC!! Then the tech #945 named Yuri arrives, I show him the potential work I needed. He quoted me a whopping $3,000 for less that 100ft cable extension and having to go up in the attic. Then to add salt to the wound, he demanded a $49 “service fee” at the end of the appointment for 15-minutes of his time that was UNDISCLOSED fee. Also, I’d like to add that majority of the time which was 15 minutes, I did majority of the talking and the troubleshooting with what could be done. This tech didn’t offer any professional advice or anything meaningful. This entire experience was off-putting and I do not recommend Perfect Home Services or ABC to anyone.

I was promised item to be sent 2pm, its 3:50pm and still no call, i called the tech he said he has nothing to do with the time arrangement and my delivery was number 8, i texted the customer service, after awhile.. they arrange the delivery at 6. No updates whatsoever. Last minute arrangements. 2 item at the same company which is so stupid you guys cannot send them together i dont understand. 2 different cse attending for 1 order is outstandingly ridiculous

Perfect Home Service came over to my house to perform an AC check up. The contractor checked the air conditioning coils. He told me that there are multiple holes in my ductwork and advised me to replace the entire ductwork, so I did. I contacted other HVAC companies for a second opinion and to my surprise, they said that my ductwork is perfect. I will never use and trust them again!
