When we booked room we requested a quiet room on upper level. We let them know it’s our anniversary and wanted privacy. Well they put us right by the elevator. We had everything but privacy. It was noisy and could not relax during the whole trip. We asked to be moved away from the elevator but they did not accommodate us. Worst time ever. Never coming here again

A young middle eastern looking female cashier ignored me as I stood and waited to be acknowledged. I simply wanted to pay for my food, but she ignored me until another gentleman of another race came then she acknowledged him. I emailed somebody at the company to complain about the female racist's behavior but no one emailed me back. My wife wanted to go back but I will never go back.
