Awesome customer service, my order was in limbo because of a storm that hit there area. They reached out several times giving me updates where the package was. After two weeks with the package in stand still they went and reshipped a new set of peptides at no cost, also gave me a future $25 for my next order, this was out of there control but they went above and beyond to get me what I ordered.

Echoing what most folks here have said, cannot recommend them highly enough. The customer service is so prompt and so helpful. The prices are fair and they have such a huge variety. I especially like the transparency with their testing in all the different things they test for. That is what makes them worth it for high quality research.
