awfull support for premium priced devices
installed an update, and ever since all my connections have been unstable. Cellular, Wifi, etc... yet they keep claiming its not them, they tried serveral things, but keep blaming provider, whiel wifi and cellular are different providers... I asked for a replacement unit, but they are playing dumb and keep repeating the same nonsense
