I am writing this review in response to the exceptional assistance and help that I received from your technical representative Roger. Due to his patience and understanding, knowledge I can sleep tonight. I was fooled by someone that portrayed themselves as a MicroSoft Tech. But as soon as they requested payment I knew something was wrong. Roger was a professional, knowledgeable individual that made my experience bearable.
