Pelipost is 5 stars and the. Some customer service is great from the owner joeseph calderon to ceo Becky calderon I use them all the time to send photos to my incarcerated loved ones and the price is so affordable in these hard times highly recommend

Great service great app
What a great app. Ive been meaning to send pictures for months. You know how that goes time being free you kind of push that off. Heard about this app now its as simple as uploading pictures paying then your done. Thanks

My fault.
I sent pictures on 12/23. Customers support says they arrived 12/31. 12 days later they aren’t received. I tried reaching out to customer support and asked for a tracking number or anything else, but they don’t have it “since they are shipping in bundles”. Facility says they never received it. Please provide me with a tracking number, address they are sent from, or anything that can help an inmate actually check with prison what’s happening. UPDATE: So, after going back and forth with the facility, here is what happened. On the app there is “Monroe Correctional Complex” but without any units below, and Unit must be listed below. So it was completely my mistake this happened, I should have written it in the box “mailing address 2”. Pictures are definitely lost though.

So far this has worked great
So far this has worked great, the last set of pictures I sent have not arrived to the inmate yet, hoping this issue is resolved soon. I have emailed customer support waiting for an answer. UPDATE: After contacting Pelipost, they are reprinting the photos and resending them out. Thanks Pelipost!!
