Not Legit. I ordered A model for a sedan, and they sent me the entirely wrong model for a truck model. I had to do a whole return. Weeks later they refunded me $50 less, playing dumb, trying to fleece me out of the shipping money. The whole time they sent the wrong item. Bluetooth dongle with no numbers. Scammers. Don't shop here unless you want to learn the the contact for your consumer rights bureau.

I purchased a Pedal Commander online, but due to limited mobility, I had to pay my mechanic to install it. Everything worked fine for the first couple of days. Shortly after, however, my engine management light came on, putting the car into restricted performance mode. I reached out to Pedal Commander, and they first sent a software update—which didn't work. Next, they suggested I calibrate the device, but the engine light came right back on and stayed on. When I contacted them again, I found their customer service to be completely non-existent and unhelpful. I decided to initiate a refund and asked if they would cover the cost of removing the faulty unit, given that I am unable to do it myself. They flatly refused to accommodate me, hiding behind the standard "read our terms and conditions" line and offering zero assistance. Would I recommend Pedal Commander? No, I would not. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere and avoiding them altogether.

They delivered in a timely fashion. The product does what it says. It’s gonna do. It’s simple to install. The app is very straightforward and it’s just a great simple product.
