Firstly we noticed another couple…
Firstly we noticed another couple walking out after waiting over , 30 mins for their coffee, we were a party of four for lunch at 3pm, the music had changed with no prior notice or notice upon entering, my main was warm on the outside and just like warm on the in, so left over 3/4 of my meal, we asked for more drinks we waited over 20 mins until I chased it, the guy said to a female staff member he had forgotten, then we got them, desert my son in law had the cheeseboard to have the chutney slide off the tray onto his lap, being highly embarrassed by this, the waitress apologized, to be honest they didn't take off my meal which was cold, I told two members of staff and she said she told the chef, we spent just shy of 250 pounds for the four of us, I would not personally go back there, the staff some, seemed less than capable of seeing an order through, maybe we were the unlucky ones, it spoilt our experience, we will vote with our feet, they didn't even take the gratuitous off , or for my luke warm meal, being the fish pancake. Shocking waste of time
