Initially I had complaints about the way a sales associate seemed to pressure me, which made me leave the store without even trying the products, or purchasing anything. However, because of this disappointment and the fact that Pearl De Flore reached out to me, I believe that this is a stand-up company that stands behind their products. Happy to say I did eventually try the products and so far very pleased. The Noir Instant Treatment is amazing. Botox without the botox!! And the eye serum and cream are very hydrating. Haven't used it very long, but I'm impressed so far. I think we have some winners here.

We do not own any physical retail locations at this moment; all of our retail locations are privately-owned and independently-operated third-party business entities authorized to resell our product line. We, as the distributors, do not have involvement in the selection, hiring and training of their employees, or their distinct business policies.
