Just had an experience with two very pushy salespeople on different sides and blocks of Royal St in the French Quarter in NOLA. I can’t say anything about the product except that the under eye creme made a big difference immediately. But the quick price cutting and pushy salespeople make me very suspicious. Don’t good quality products sell themselves?

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM! Super high pressure sales throughout New Orleans, one young girl started her sales pitch with "I don't mean to be rude, but..." I'm not sure about the online products but if you're in New Orleans STAY FAR AWAY and don't let them real you in for this snake oil!!

My Mom was lured into the location in Charlotte, NC. 4400 Sharon Road. They sold her $3800 dollar product. She is elderly and had no idea what she was purchasing, nor did she understand how much. When she got home, I called the shop for her to return it and they would not take it back. If your product is so great, then why would you not accept it back. And why do you take advantage of elderly women. Shameful.

I got suckered into this item plus other stuff at Beauty Avenue at Caesar’s Palace in LAs Vegas. As others mentioned, the wrinkle syringe they did in the store was immediately noticeable. The stuff I got made my eyes swell up. I tried to return all of it but was told to go pound sand as there are no returns. I’m afraid to use any of it. I didn’t have a reaction to the overnight mask so I’ll see if that helps. I also used the hydration cream and that seems to be ok so far. I’m disappointed I got suckered out of so much money. Do your research. Expensive lesson learned

I had an awful experience at the store in New Orleans. Walking past a lady handed me a sample and then when I said thank you she noticed I had an English accent so asked me to wait while she got me a bigger sample. I was then sat in front of a man who proceeded to put a variety of creams around my eye. I liked the effect so agreed to buy the cream. He then sat me in front of a man who tried to hard sell me a Jupiter wand. When I refused as I explained I was on holiday from England and did not wish to spend $10k on something he put more of a face mask on my skin so I could not leave. He then continued to try and hard sell me to the point that my husband had to call from England to get him to let me go. They kept trying to force alcohol on me even though I explained that I didn't drink as I have a brain tumor. I even told them that the cream he had put on me was burning, but he said it was supposed to. I finally got out after almost an hour and went back to my hotel room. The syringe of eye cream and the eye serum are not the ones they used on me as the ones I now have have given me an allergic reaction. I contacted the customer service and received the same information that as this was a third party store they don't process refunds. This is obviously a scam and a dangerous one at that as I now have welts on my face where I have had a reaction to whatever I was given.

I spent $500 for the eye rejuvenator. It seemed to work well at the store. I purchased it at the Beverly Wilshire, CA. The tube just will not dispense cream. I have to take the tube apart and many dispense it. There is waste. I’m very disappointed in this product. The salesperson never returns communication.

This is an absolute scam. I was heavily pressured into making a purchase at the MGM in Vegas - I said no four times. After being lured in with a free sample, to then some made-up discounts and how the guy was only in town for that day and I couldn't come back, I left $300 lighter with supposedly $2k of product. It is then impossible to return. Have tried one of the products and it's just oil. Terrible experience, most aggressive salespeople I've ever met and feel like I was forced into it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS IN BUSINESS. I run an executive sales team, I can handle high pressure time share sales... they absolutely lied about their "pop up store for a BS made up convention"- When I saw them the next day, I was FURIOUS! I immediately went and asked for a refund. They register the medical device IN STORE so you can't file a return. Products do NOT work- I was NOT shipped what was promised. I literally was so mad, I had this junk sitting in a box and refused to open it. I just did tonight and NONE of what was promised was in it. They were laughing that the lady in front of me just purchased for 10K (she did, I was there). I got the same thing for 2300. Just absolutely insanity.
