CD is the new benchmark for gaming. Perl Abyss are the best! I saw someone crying and giving a bad rating because they wouldnt add features for his disability. What a load of BS

They created an INCREDIBLE game (Crimson Desert) that (until patch 1.04) was fantastic 75% of the time. Its always had very serious bugs, but they were (no longer) rapidly fixing those bugs. This game could be a masterpiece. BUT, the trolling and very toxic behavior on their Reddit (and the lack of communication since the 1.04 disaster) has turned HUGE positive progress into a very toxic experience. They had pinned a post that they were cracking down on that toxic, trolling behavior, saying they wanted a "Welcoming" environment. I did a post on Reddit nothing that pinned post, and soon after - it was removed. The sexualization of women, that tone, called Gooning (I had never heard of it), and just the toxic "Bro Culture" in general, I would never expose any woman or daughter to that horrid experience. I posted an example of that kind of cyber-bullying "Bro culture", which one of the mods was guilty of themselves. The screenshots were but two of MANY examples of how PA ALLOWS people to be treated on their Reddit forum. Rather than respond to the PROOF I provided, a mod dinged me. Why? I have no clue. I do not behave in a manner that would ever be called out! I have screenshots of all it, and will be forwarding a much longer letter to their North America office about this horrible behavior. This game could become a masterpiece, but instead -- no one is saying anything (from PA) about how broke the game is after Patch 1.04, and they silencing people like me for calling it out. One of the many trolls wrote the things noted below, bragging about (with great delight) stalking and terrorizing players -- and this person is still apart of the their Reddit, despite reporting it. Stop responding and go about your day rather than make a constant stream of posts about a game When providing that proof, the mod went after me, not the this person who has a very long history of this behavior across multiple Reddits. Great game with lots of potential, horribly broken with no communication, and very toxic people are being allowed to run wild, tormented people as they please--- and the mods do nothing.

Crimson Deserr changed the way I view video games forever. The bar that Pearl Abyss has set is unbelievable. This is the best game company in the world right now. Mind blowing speed with updates and they listen to all feedback.

This review regards the Pearl Abyss game Crimson Desert. I am a disabled person. One of my disabilities is a memory impairment where my short term to long term memory link is broken. Thereby resulting in cognitive and cognitive dysfunction. Crimson desert has a myriad of puzzles that I am totally unable to complete because of my disabilities.Pearl Abyss have refused to include the option to skip puzzles in Crimson Desert. Consequently the game is unplayable because of my disability The 2010 Equality Act provides that the disabled are legally entitled to be treated equally according to their needs. Pearl Abyss are willfully ignoring such rights I sent a detailed email to Pearl Abyss on 06/03/26 regarding this matter. Pearl Abyss have not even had the decency to acknowledge my complaint. I am unable to proceed in crimson desert because of my disability which i believe constitutes blatant disability discrimination. I am certain the other gamers with disabilities are having similar problems. All I ask is that Pearl Abyss include an option to skip puzzles in Crimson Desert. If Pearl Abyss had any regard for disabled gamers then this option would have been included at the games launch. Disabled gamers should not be prevented from playing video games because of their disabilities. Pearl Abyss are preventing disabled gamers from playing Crimson Desert which is not only illegal in the UK, it is also unconscionably. Shame on Pearl Abyss for treated the disabled community so shamefully.

Brilliant absolutely brilliant

I have been a player of Black Desert Mobile for a while and recently ran into a payment issue. I submitted a support ticket expecting a timely response — instead, my ticket has been sitting open for days with absolutely no reply whatsoever. This is completely unprofessional, especially for a game that generates millions in revenue from its player base. The lack of communication from their support team is deeply frustrating. If you have any issue that requires help, be prepared to wait indefinitely with no resolution in sight. Pearl Abyss needs to hire more support staff or improve their response times significantly. Players who spend real money deserve real support — not silence.

This company bucks the trend and the industry hates that. They put out games that are their vision, making their own engine. Ahem. I'll say that again for all the frustrated game devs, they made their own engine. Take that all you unreal losers.

Abysmal customer service! cannot catch up to new content or gear without spending at minimum $10k USD. All of my customer support tickets have been denied and dismissed. CEOs are money hungry preying on their customers
