Great conversation and advice, but the choice of chatting or conversating via phone should be offered in the beginning. You should not offer to chat for $40 and in the process of chatting, offer to have a phone conversation for an extra $59. This was my big concern, I would have opt out of chatting and moved to conversate via phone. I have paid $40 to chat, $59 to speak to someone via phone, and a $5 fee. This was not right at all!

It's not possible to have access to the phone call feature without first paying for the ability to chat with Experts.
